Tuesday, March 25, 2008 7:00 PM Topeka High School Cafeteria 800 SW 10th Ave Topeka		Parking Convenient, off-the-street parking can be found across the street to the south of Topeka High School. This well-lit parking lot will place you at the front of the school. We recommend you use this entrance at the front of the school as this is the most direct route to the cafeteria. Additional parking is located in the parking lot to the west of the school between SW Western Avenue and SW Filmore Street. If you choose to park in this lot, entrance to the school is on the west side of the building.

Nomination of Candidates: At the annual meeting, you will have the opportunity to vote for candidates seeking the following positions:		Take this opportunity to meet and greet old friends and to make new ones! We will have refreshments, and you will be able to hear information regarding the status of your Credit Union. This will be a fun night, so make your plans to attend the Credit Union 1 of Kansas Annual Meeting!
Board of Directors:
	Two (2) positions for three (3) year terms
Credit Committee:
	Two (2) positions for three (3) year terms
Supervisory Committee:
	Two (2) positions for three (3) year term

Nomination Eligibility: From the By-Laws of Credit Union 1 of Kansas: Article V. Eligibility of Officers Section 1. Any nominee for an elected position must meet the following requirements at the time of nomination Nominee must have been a member of the Credit Union for at least three (3) years immediately preceding nomination. A notice of nomination must be posted on the official bulletin board located in the lobby of the main office of the credit union for at least fifteen (15) days immediately preceding the meeting at which the nominee is a candidate for election. The notice of nomination must contain the name of the nominee, the position the person is nominated for, and the name of the person making the nomination. A statement consenting to the nomination and signed by the nominee must be delivered to the secretary at least fifteen (15) days prior to the meeting at which the nominee is a candidate for election. Section 2. No employee of this Credit Union or spouse of any employee of this Credit Union may be elected to or appointed to the Board of Directors, Credit Committee, or Supervisory Committee.
